The HWQB series explosion-proof submersible electric pump (hereinafter referred to as the submersible pump) adopts a stainless steel/cast iron design and consists of three parts: the submersible pump, seal, and electric motor. The motor is located above the submersible pump and is a single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor structure. The liquid pump is located below the motor and adopts a unique single or double channel multi-stage impeller structure, greatly improving the liquid passing capacity. The appearance adopts precision casting and stainless steel barrel, which is beautiful and generous, and has the characteristics of rust prevention, corrosion resistance, and no pollution.

Usage conditions
(1) The volume ratio of solid impurities in the material shall not exceed 0.1%, and the particle size shall not exceed 0.2mm, with a temperature not exceeding 40 ℃. If the liquid temperature exceeds 40 ℃, high-temperature resistant mechanical sealing cable material can be selected, such as stainless steel 304 316;
(2) The electric pump can be submerged in liquid as a whole and can be used vertically or horizontally. But the liquid should not be lower than the impeller of the electric pump to avoid insufficient liquid output of the electric pump. Insufficient cooling of the motor caused the machine to burn out.
(3) When transporting dirt, it is necessary to install a filter screen on the bottom plate of the electric pump impeller to avoid blockage inside the impeller. When not in use, debris should be cleaned up in a timely manner.
